Your gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, as indicated on the voucher. After this period, the voucher will expire, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Treat your gift voucher as you would cash. If you lose your gift voucher or it is stolen, you may lose the stored value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. However, at our discretion, we may reissue a gift voucher with the remaining balance if valid proof of purchase is provided. If you retrieve a lost gift voucher after it has been reported, please contact us immediately.
